Position: HR Executive

Location: Johar Town, Lahore (On-site)

Company: Focusteck

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years (Must have experience working in an IT company)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical & non-technical roles.
• Source and screen candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and networking.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Support onboarding, engagement, and HR operations.
• Plan and execute employee training & development programs.
• Support employee engagement activities, performance evaluation, and record maintenance.
• Maintain HR records and ensure policy compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in HRM or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment & HR operations (IT preferred).
• Strong communication, organization & sourcing skills.
• Knowledge of ATS, onboarding, and training coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
