HR Executive – Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Identify manpower requirements for different departments (Sales, Landscaping, Operations, Maintenance).
- Create and post job descriptions on portals and local hiring platforms.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with managers for selection.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for new hires.
2. Employee Onboarding & Orientation
- Conduct joining formalities (offer letter, ID, bank details, contracts).
- Organize induction programs to introduce company culture, services, and work standards.
- Provide initial training coordination with department heads.
3. Employee Records & Compliance
- Maintain employee database (attendance, leave records, salary details).
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF/ESIC, and company policies.
- Update HR policies and procedures as required.
4. Training & Development
- Coordinate with trainers for landscaping-specific skill development.
- Arrange soft skills and sales training for field teams.
- Maintain a training calendar and ensure regular performance improvement programs.
5. Payroll & Performance Management
- Support payroll preparation by collecting attendance and leave data.
- Assist in performance appraisal cycles.
- Develop incentive & reward systems to motivate staff.
6. Employee Engagement & Retention
- Plan team-building activities and internal engagement programs.
- Handle employee grievances, disputes, and suggestions professionally.
- Work on strategies to reduce attrition and increase satisfaction.
7. Reporting & Coordination
- Provide weekly/monthly HR reports to management.
- Coordinate between management and staff for smooth operations.
- Ensure discipline and professional conduct within the organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
