Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Source and screen resumes from job portals, social media, and internal references.
- Coordinate and conduct initial HR rounds/interviews.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing ➝ screening ➝ interview scheduling ➝ offer negotiation ➝ onboarding.
- Maintain candidate database and ensure timely feedback follow-ups.
HR Operations
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support payroll processing and attendance management.
- Handle basic HR queries, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth HR operations.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Time management and multitasking ability.
- Positive attitude and strong team spirit.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
