HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Source and screen resumes from job portals, social media, and internal references.
  • Coordinate and conduct initial HR rounds/interviews.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing ➝ screening ➝ interview scheduling ➝ offer negotiation ➝ onboarding.
  • Maintain candidate database and ensure timely feedback follow-ups.

HR Operations

  • Assist in onboarding and joining formalities for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support payroll processing and attendance management.
  • Handle basic HR queries, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth HR operations.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Time management and multitasking ability.
  • Positive attitude and strong team spirit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
