- Post job openings, screen resumes, and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with departments.
- Conduct initial HR rounds and assessments.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and internship confirmations.
- Maintain records of interviews and candidate feedback.
- Manage new hire onboarding and induction sessions.
- Ensure completion of joining documents and HR formalities.
- Add new employees to HRMS and maintain employee data.
- Monitor daily attendance and resolve HRMS or punching issues.
- Track and manage leave requests, approvals, and absenteeism.
- Coordinate with accounts for payroll and stipend processing.
- Ensure timely updates on payroll changes, joinings, and exits.
- Address employee queries, issues, and grievances promptly.
- Organize employee engagement activities and internal announcements.
- Ensure HR policies are followed and maintain confidentiality.
- Coordinate performance reviews and maintain evaluation records.
- Support PMS data collection and reporting.
- Conduct exit interviews and prepare experience/relieving letters.
- Ensure clearance from all departments for exiting employees.
- Maintain organized HR files and employee documentation.
- Prepare HR reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on attendance, recruitment, and other metrics.
- Schedule and coordinate HR-related meetings and follow-ups.
- Maintain minutes of HR meetings and track action items.
