Job Description.

· Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

· Find good resources through social media like LinkedIn, Indeed, professional networks, and referrals.

· Handle HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, and employee record management.

· Support employee onboarding, documentation, and HR policy implementation

· Perform any other task assigned by the management.

Eligibility criteria.

B.com or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR related function.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring processes efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
