Job Overview

Emirates Talent Solution is seeking an experienced and result-driven Senior Recruiter / Assistant Manager with a proven track record in a recruitment agency environment. The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of expertise in headhunting, talent sourcing, and managing full recruitment cycles across diverse industries.

This position demands strong leadership, strategic networking, and project management skills, along with the ability to lead recruitment operations and ensure seamless talent delivery for clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Recruitment Management

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring requirements and deliver timely recruitment solutions.
  • Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent across various sectors.

Headhunting & Talent Sourcing

  • Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Apply advanced headhunting methods to engage and secure high-caliber professionals for key positions.
  • Maintain and grow a robust talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication and service quality.
  • Provide clients with strategic insights, including salary benchmarks, talent availability, and market intelligence.
  • Align recruitment deliverables with client expectations and overall business objectives.

Team Leadership & Training

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve performance goals.
  • Conduct training sessions on sourcing techniques, communication skills, and market trends.
  • Oversee daily recruitment operations, ensuring that all targets and KPIs are met effectively.

Market Research & Reporting

  • Stay updated with industry hiring trends, compensation insights, and talent movement.
  • Prepare and present performance reports, recruitment metrics, and client feedback.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR and legal teams to maintain recruitment integrity and documentation accuracy.
  • Continuously refine recruitment workflows for greater efficiency and transparency.

Key RequirementsQualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a recruitment agency environment, with a strong focus on headhunting and executive search.
  • Proven success in client relationship management, talent acquisition, and strategic sourcing.

Technical & Soft Skills

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
