Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and hiring statuses.
  • Conduct background checks and verify references.

Office Management:

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment and facilities.
  • Serve as the point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.

Administration:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.
  • Prepare and process HR documents, including employment contracts, onboarding materials, and employee handbooks.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Support the organization of company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • PG degree in Human Resources.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, office management, and administration.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., ATS, HRIS).
  • English proficiency is a must.
  • Strong work ethic and a proactive working attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
