Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and hiring statuses.
- Conduct background checks and verify references.
Office Management:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment and facilities.
- Serve as the point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.
Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.
- Prepare and process HR documents, including employment contracts, onboarding materials, and employee handbooks.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Support the organization of company events and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Qualifications:
- PG degree in Human Resources.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, office management, and administration.
- Strong understanding of HR practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., ATS, HRIS).
- English proficiency is a must.
- Strong work ethic and a proactive working attitude.
