- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future hiring needs.
- Use multiple sourcing channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct preliminary HR interviews and coordinate technical/managerial interviews.
- Maintain and update recruitment reports, candidate databases, and dashboards.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct training needs analysis in coordination with department heads and employees.
- Design, organize, and deliver in house training programs and workshops.
- Coordinate with external trainers or vendors for specialized learning interventions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and measure learning outcomes.
- Support leadership development, onboarding, and employee engagement programs.
- Maintain L&D budgets, records, and reports on training activities.
- Support engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Assist in performance management processes and appraisals.
- Contribute to HR policy implementation and process improvement initiatives.
- Support employer branding and campus hiring activities.
- Ensure all HR operations, procedures, and policies are efficient and in compliance with legislation and best practices.
- Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
