1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Maintain positive employee relations and address grievances.
  • Support HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Assist in organizing company events, activities, and welfare programs.

3. HR Operations & Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and files.
  • Prepare HR-related letters (confirmation, transfer, salary certificate, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.

4. Payroll & Attendance Support:

  • Collect and verify attendance, leave, and overtime data.
  • Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate processing.

5. Performance Management:

  • Assist in coordinating the performance appraisal process.
  • Maintain performance evaluation records and reports.

6. Training & Development:

  • Support in identifying training needs and scheduling sessions.
  • Maintain training attendance and feedback records.

7. Exit Process:

  • Coordinate employee exit formalities, including clearance and final settlements.
  • Conduct exit interviews and prepare related documentation.
