Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assist with employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Address employee queries and provide effective solutions.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate any issues between staff members.
  • HR Documentation & Compliance:
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant with labor laws.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of HR policies and procedures.
  • Payroll Support:
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursements.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation for salary, bonuses, and deductions is correctly filed and maintained.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Plan and organize employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
  • Monitor and report on employee satisfaction and well-being.
  • Training & Development:
  • Support the training and development initiatives by coordinating programs and tracking employee progress.
  • General HR Support:
  • Provide general HR support and assist with various HR-related tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Executive or similar role.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of HRMS tools or HR software is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving ability with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
