Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Conduct initial interviews and assist with employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee queries and provide effective solutions.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate any issues between staff members.
- HR Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant with labor laws.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of HR policies and procedures.
- Payroll Support:
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursements.
- Ensure all necessary documentation for salary, bonuses, and deductions is correctly filed and maintained.
- Employee Engagement:
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
- Monitor and report on employee satisfaction and well-being.
- Training & Development:
- Support the training and development initiatives by coordinating programs and tracking employee progress.
- General HR Support:
- Provide general HR support and assist with various HR-related tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Executive or similar role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HRMS tools or HR software is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving ability with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
