1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job advertisements.
  • Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates.
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation.

2. Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Handle disciplinary issues and ensure compliance with company policies.

3. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems.
  • Oversee attendance, leave, and timekeeping systems.
  • Support payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and metrics.

4. Performance Management

  • Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Support managers in goal-setting and feedback processes.

5. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
  • Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.

6. Compliance & Policy Management

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
  • Maintain HR policies and procedures; communicate updates to staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
