Job Title: HR Executive

Experience: 1-3 years

Qualification: Master’s degree in Human Resources (Preferably MSW/MBA)

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and manage end-to-end HR operations. This role will cover the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and requires strong expertise in GreytHR application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end HR operations: onboarding, documentation, employee data management, payroll inputs, exits, etc.
• Manage and maintain GreytHR system across modules (attendance, payroll, leave, self-service, etc.)
• Ensure timely processing of ESI/PF challans, compliance returns and statutory documentation
• Oversee attendance & OT tracking, leave management and grievance handling
• Drive employee engagement activities and communication emailers
• Support policy rollouts, HR documentation and process updates
• Coordinate with finance, IT and operations for HR process integration
• Conduct smooth exit formalities and prepare full & final settlement inputs

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in GreytHR is a must
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with payroll, labour compliance (PF/ESI) and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Advance Excel & Power BI knowledge is a plus

• Strong sense of ownership and ability to multitask
• Preferred Qualification: MSW/MBA in HR
• Must be fluent in: English, Kannada and Hindi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
