- Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
- Post job openings and source candidates through various channels.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
- Assist in monthly payroll processing.
- Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
- Draft offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Ensure smooth employee exit and full & final settlement.
- Conduct employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and maintain performance records.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies.
- Organize training and development sessions.
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee data and HR matters.
- Support internal and external HR audits.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
- Communicate HR policies and updates to staff.
