Job Summary:

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, handling administrative activities, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. This role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Selection:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

2. Onboarding & Orientation:

  • Conduct joining formalities and ensure proper documentation for new hires.
  • Organize and facilitate employee orientation and induction programs.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth onboarding and workplace readiness.

3. Administrative Tasks:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative operations such as attendance, leave management, and asset allocation.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
  • Support in managing office facilities and vendor coordination when required.

4. Employee Engagement:

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
  • Assist in implementing HR initiatives to promote a positive work culture.
  • Collect feedback from employees and share insights with management for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
