We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage and support various human resource functions in our gear manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations to ensure smooth workforce management aligned with our production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of workers, engineers, and staff specific to manufacturing needs.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management .
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, ESI, PF, factory act, and safety regulations.
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy industrial relations on the shop floor.
- Support performance appraisal processes and KPI tracking.
- Work closely with the production team to understand manpower planning and shift scheduling.
- Liaise with contract labor agencies and ensure proper documentation and wage compliance.
- Maintain records for audits, ISO documentation, and other statutory requirements.
- Implement and promote HR policies to ensure a positive workplace culture.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA in HR is preferred.
- Experience: 5 years in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering industry.
- Knowledge of labour laws, compliance procedures, and factory operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with shop-floor personnel.
- Familiarity with time management systems and HR software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling HR functions in mechanical/automotive component manufacturing.
- Fluency in local language and ability to interact with blue-collar workers effectively.
- Experience in industrial relations .
