The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the HR department in executing all human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and performance management. The role ensures smooth HR operations and helps maintain a positive and compliant workplace culture.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and documentation.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain employee records.
- Conduct employee inductions and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Attendance & Payroll Support
- Manage attendance, leave records, and coordinate with the accounts team for payroll processing.
- Ensure timely submission of attendance data and resolve payroll-related queries.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Assist in implementing employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Address routine employee concerns and maintain a healthy work environment.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain HR files and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
- Support in audits and submission of HR-related reports.
- Performance & HR Operations
- Support performance appraisal processes and maintain appraisal records.
- Assist in updating HR policies, forms, and standard operating procedures.
- Exit & Handover Formalities
- Coordinate employee exit interviews, clearances, and final settlements.
- Ensure completion of handover and documentation for relieving employees.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration / Commerce
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in manufacturing or retail industry
