  • Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Conduct background checks and prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction programs for new employees.

  • Employee Records & HR Operations Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and personnel files. Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination. Prepare HR-related reports and analytics as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,590.55 - ₹34,071.35 per month
