Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR manager in our HR department who will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that meet the organization's goals. This role includes creating HR policies, overseeing recruiting and hiring activities, managing employee relations and promoting a positive work culture. The ideal candidate will have proven HR experience and will be adept at navigating the complex dynamics of human capital. Effective communication and strategic thinking are essential because the HR manager acts as a bridge between HR initiatives and organizational goals. Responsibilities:

As part of our SAMA HR EXECUTIVE , your duties will include:

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Planning and executing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.

Employee Onboarding and Exit: Managing onboarding, training, paperwork, and exit procedures for departing employees.

Performance Management: Setting standards, conducting evaluations, providing feedback, and implementing improvement plans as needed.

Training and Development: Assessing needs and supporting employee development.

Employee Relations: Resolving issues, facilitating conflict resolution, and nurturing positive relationships.

HR Policies Development and Implementation: Creating and updating policies, notifying employees, and ensuring compliance with laws.

Compliance with Labor Laws: Staying updated with laws, ensuring compliance, and resolving issues.

Employee Engagement and Retention: Developing strategies to enhance engagement and retention rates.

Data Management and Reporting: Maintaining HR records, reporting on metrics, and using data for decision-making and planning.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor's/master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Must have atleast 4 year experience.

Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
