HR Manager/Executive – Recruitment & Employee Welfare

Location: Vapi Head Office

Reports To: Director / COO

Department: Human Resources

Role Overview: Responsible for strategic recruitment, employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and compliance across manufacturing and commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Forecast manpower needs and manage end-to-end hiring

- Design welfare programs and conduct engagement surveys

- Maintain HRIS, payroll, and statutory records

- Organize training on chemical safety and soft skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,708.71 - ₹34,559.23 per month

Work Location: In person
