Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Functions:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, resolving workplace issues, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Overseeing payroll processing, managing employee benefits and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining employee files, updating HR databases, and ensuring accurate record-keeping of employee information.
  • Administrative Functions:
  • Office Management: Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Compliance: Ensuring the organization adheres to relevant labor laws and company policies.
  • General Administrative Support: Answering phones, managing emails, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,620.60 - ₹35,000.00 per month
