HR DEPARTMENT

Objective: Build a disciplined, motivated, and growth-oriented team.

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify staffing needs, hire, and train new employees.
• Attendance & Payroll: Maintain biometric attendance, leaves, and monthly salary sheets.
• Employee Relations: Resolve issues, monitor performance, and ensure professionalism.
• Compliance & Records: Maintain HR files, offer letters, and ensure legal compliance.
• Engagement & Culture: Conduct team meetings, motivation programs, and celebrations.

OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT

Objective: Ensure smooth branch functioning and efficient coordination.

• Project Coordination: Track project updates, vendor communication, and client deliverables.
• Office Administration: Manage logistics, supplies, travel, and daily operations.
• Reporting & Efficiency: Submit weekly reports, task trackers, and performance summaries.
• Vendor & Cost Control: Handle vendor deals, material needs, and cost-saving measures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,928.03 - ₹20,000.00 per month
