HR Executive

Rentokil Initial, a global leader in environmental services, is seeking a friendly and energetic HR Executive to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with all levels of management to establish HR policies and procedures, manage recruitment and employee benefits, and assist with employee relations issues. Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires
• Maintaining employee onboarding and offboarding formalities including issuance of different HR related documents (contracts, warning letters, show cause, experience etc.)
• Updating employee databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
• Overseeing the employee probation completion and sharing the form to each department regarding probation completion of staff and having follow-ups on that.
• Administer employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans
• Coordinate with managers to address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts
• Maintain employee records and confidential information in compliance with data privacy laws
• Stay up-to-date with HR trends and legal regulations to ensure compliance and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the environmental services industry
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
