- Recruitment and hiring: Write job descriptions, manage the application process, interview candidates, and onboard new employees.
- Compensation and benefits: Administer payroll, manage employee benefits like health insurance and retirement plans, and ensure compensation is competitive.
- Employee relations: Mediate conflicts, handle disciplinary procedures, and ensure a fair and respectful work environment.
- Performance management: Work with managers to conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support employee development and training programs.
- Legal compliance: Stay updated on labor laws, ensure the organization complies with all regulations, and manage employee records and policies accordingly.
- Training and development: Create and implement training programs to help employees grow in their roles and advance their careers.
- Organizational development: Help develop strategies to improve the workplace culture, support company objectives, and manage organizational changes.
