Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation
  • Maintain and update employee records

Payroll & Compliance:

  • Manage attendance, leave records, and salary processing
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Handle PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Address employee grievances and workplace issues
  • Organize training, development, and engagement activities
  • Conduct exit interviews and maintain attrition records

HR Administration & Documentation:

  • Maintain HR databases, policies, and procedures
  • Generate reports and assist in audits
  • Support in performance appraisals and HR projects

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HR software & MS Office (Excel, Word)
Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,092.34 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • HR: 1 year (Preferred)
