About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple HR activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
- Conduct employee induction and ensure a smooth joining process.
2. HR Operations & Documentation
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Support in drafting HR policies and ensure compliance with company procedures.
3. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
- Address employee queries and maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist in handling grievance and disciplinary matters under supervision.
4. Performance Management
- Support in performance appraisal cycles and maintaining related data.
- Track probation reviews and performance feedback.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of HR operations and labor laws
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred)
- 1–4 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles
