HR Executive

We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive (Generalist) with 2–3 years of experience in Recruitment, Payroll, PF, ESI & Statutory Compliance.

Location: Nagpur
Experience: 2–3 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA in HR preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Handle monthly payroll processing and maintain attendance & salary records
• Ensure PF, ESI, and statutory compliance activities are completed on time
• Maintain employee database and HR documentation
• Support in employee engagement, grievance handling, and HR operations
• Coordinate with management and external consultants for compliance matters

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESI & HR operations
• Hands-on experience in recruitment and onboarding
• Proficient in MS Excel and HR software/tools
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
