1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
  • Maintain updated database of candidates and job postings.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and communication.
  • Handle employee queries and grievances in coordination with HR Manager.
  • Foster a positive and compliant work environment.

3. Attendance, Payroll & Leave Management:

  • Monitor daily attendance and leave records.
  • Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing and statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.).
  • Ensure timely submission of attendance and leave data.

4. HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Maintain and update employee personnel files and HRMS records.
  • Assist in HR audits, policy implementation, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies.

5. Training & Development:

  • Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
  • Track employee performance appraisals and development plans.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
