- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes for customer support roles
- Coordinate walk-in interviews, documentation, and induction activities
- Maintain employee records and support HR operations
- Facilitate training sessions and employee engagement initiatives
- Support performance tracking and feedback collection
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR standards
- Liaise with internal teams for smooth HR service delivery

- Policy and compliance: Developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Record keeping: Maintaining accurate employee records, including attendance and personnel files.
- Payroll and benefits: Administering payroll, managing employee benefit programs, and ensuring correct payment processes.
