We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 3–4 years of HR experience, preferably in UAE companies or freezones, to manage HR operations across multiple entities. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and documentation, while ensuring alignment with UAE labor laws. Knowledge of the real estate industry is an added advantage.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions inside and outside the UAE: posting vacancies, reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, and preparing offer letters.
  • Handle onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and personnel files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor deadlines for employee data, visas, company legal documents, and other compliance requirements across entities.
  • Update and maintain records on DMCC Portal, DSO Portal, and other UAE government/freezone platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain daily HR schedules, track pending approvals, and generate reports using Excel and other tools.
  • Organize, secure, and manage HR documentation effectively.
  • Communicate HR policies, updates, and deadlines clearly to employees and management.
  • Work efficiently under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and support HR operations as needed, including occasional overtime.
  • Apply knowledge of real estate operations to support HR processes in the company.
