We are looking for a HR Executive to join our HR department and help us grow our teams. We are seeking applications for the position of “Executive Human Resources”. The incumbent will be responsible for administration of the salary & benefits, implementation of incentive programs, HR reporting etc. Furthermore, sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various roles to build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our open positions.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the salary payments, benefits administration and maintain the accurate database of the staff.
  • Prepare detailed monthly fluctuation report for payroll which includes the details related to new appointments, confirmations, transfers, re-designations, leave without pay, overtime and separations.
  • Manage employee database; ensure that all relevant information are added in the system so that HR reports depict accurate & updated data.
  • Complete management of attendance & leave management system.
  • Write and post job descriptions
  • Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Linkedin, Stack Overflow, and Github
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, assessments, and behavioral questions)
  • Coordinate with team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
  • Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work
  • Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in relevant field, preferably at multinational or renowned local companies.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Must have good management, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype, and structured)
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
  • Excellent Negotiation skills
  • Solid understanding of HR practices & labor legislation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Creative Hiring: 3 years (Required)
