Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final rounds with hiring managers.
- Manage onboarding, induction, and joining formalities for new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records, databases, and HR files.
- Draft and update HR policies, letters, and official documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Plan and implement employee engagement activities and training sessions.
- Monitor employee satisfaction and support grievance handling.
- Prepare HR reports (recruitment status, headcount, attrition, etc.) for management.
- Work closely with all departments to maintain synergy and a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR / Business Administration / related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
- Freshers with strong communication and people skills are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of basic HR processes, recruitment tools, and MS Office.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
