We are looking for an experienced HR professional who can manage both Recruitment and Business HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate will handle employee engagement, grievance handling, stakeholder coordination, and support the complete employee lifecycle.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-level roles (sourcing to onboarding).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate evaluations.
- Maintain talent pipelines and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Coordinate offer negotiation and pre-joining engagement.
Business HR / Corporate HR
- Handle employee engagement initiatives, events, and communication plans.
- Address employee grievances with sensitivity and ensure timely resolution.
- Support HR policies, processes, and compliance.
- Partner with business stakeholders for HR-related decisions and updates.
- Manage HR operations including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes.
- Conduct HR analytics and prepare monthly MIS reports.
- Drive performance management cycle and support managers with goal-setting.
- Foster a positive work culture and employee experience.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
