Job Summary:
The HR Executive – Doctor Hiring will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of doctors and consultants across all specialties. The role focuses on identifying qualified medical professionals, coordinating interviews, managing documentation, and ensuring a smooth joining process in alignment with Shalby Hospital standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Doctor Recruitment
- Source and screen profiles for consultants, visiting doctors, duty doctors, and specialists.
- Coordinate interviews with medical heads, clinical directors, and senior management.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for critical specialties.
2. Candidate Sourcing & Networking
- Use portals, networking, references, and medical forums to source potential candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with medical colleges, institutes, and doctor networks.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening to evaluate availability, qualifications, and expectations.
3. Salary Negotiation & Offer Management
- Support in compensation discussions as per organizational guidelines.
- Draft, share, and follow up on offer letters, contracts, and service agreements.
4. Onboarding & Joining Formalities
- Coordinate joining dates, documentation, credentialing, and orientation.
- Ensure timely MCI/NMC registration verification, background checks, and credentialing processes.
- Introduce the new doctor to respective departments and facilitate smooth integration.
5. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records of CVs, contracts, agreements, and onboarding documents.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, medical hiring SOPs, and statutory requirements.
6. Coordination with Stakeholders
- Work closely with Unit HR, operations, clinical heads, and corporate HR.
- Understand manpower requirements from each specialty and update hiring status regularly.
7. Reporting & MIS
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
- Track open positions, selection status, and pipeline strength.
