Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions, with a strong focus on recruitment, employee relations, and MOHRE-related activities. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of UAE labor laws and government procedures, along with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process — from job postings and screening to onboarding.
  • Coordinate all MOHRE, Tasheel, GDRFA, and RTA-related HR procedures (labor contracts, visas, renewals, cancellations, etc.).
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate with PRO and government portals for labor approvals and work permits.
  • Provide guidance to management and staff on HR issues, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of MOHRE, Tasheel, GDRFA, and RTA systems and procedures.
  • Must be organized, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision.
