Recruitment and onboarding

  • Develop and execute recruitment plans by searching for candidates through various channels.
  • Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing and interviews to onboarding new employees.
  • Draft employee contracts and update employee databases.

Policy and compliance

  • Develop, implement, and update company HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Communicate policy changes to employees and train managers on their implementation.

Performance and development

  • Organize and manage performance reviews, providing feedback to employees.
  • Create and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Identify training needs and organize development programs for employees.

Employee relations and engagement

  • Handle employee grievances and queries regarding policies, payroll, and benefits.
  • Promote a positive and productive work culture through employee engagement activities and events.
  • Manage employee welfare initiatives and ensure workplace harmony.

Administration and reporting

  • Administer and maintain HR records and employee attendance systems.
  • Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Prepare HR reports for management review.
  • Manage administrative functions such as security and housekeeping.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
