Recruitment and onboarding
- Develop and execute recruitment plans by searching for candidates through various channels.
- Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing and interviews to onboarding new employees.
- Draft employee contracts and update employee databases.
Policy and compliance
- Develop, implement, and update company HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Communicate policy changes to employees and train managers on their implementation.
Performance and development
- Organize and manage performance reviews, providing feedback to employees.
- Create and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Identify training needs and organize development programs for employees.
Employee relations and engagement
- Handle employee grievances and queries regarding policies, payroll, and benefits.
- Promote a positive and productive work culture through employee engagement activities and events.
- Manage employee welfare initiatives and ensure workplace harmony.
Administration and reporting
- Administer and maintain HR records and employee attendance systems.
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Prepare HR reports for management review.
- Manage administrative functions such as security and housekeeping.
