2. SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional)
3. HRCI (HR Certification Institute) certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR)
Skills and Experience
1. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Experience in HR management, recruitment, talent development, and employee relations
4. Analytical and problem-solving skills
