We are seeking an HR Executive to support the HR functions at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, Payroll Management, employee relations, HR administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role is key to maintaining a positive and efficient workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Handle day-to-day HR administration, including record-keeping and employee benefits.
  • Support employee relations, addressing queries and concerns.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Maintain HR compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist with performance management, Payroll processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office & MS xcel; experience of HR software is necessary
