Role Overview
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including Fixed Term Contract extensions, employee absorption processes, probation-to-confirmation workflows, trainee absorption, and coordination with various ICs (Independent Companies). The role ensures compliance with company policies, timely processing in HR systems, and seamless communication between stakeholders.
