HR Executive – Education Sector (UAE Experienced)

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to join our team in the education sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of HR experience in the UAE, with a solid understanding of UAE labor laws and best HR practices. This role requires someone skilled in employee relations, engagement initiatives, and grievance handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and support management in implementing HR strategies.
• Handle employee grievances and provide effective resolution in line with UAE labor regulations.
• Foster a positive and engaging work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and internal company policies.
• Coordinate with various departments to support HR and administrative requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in an HR role (preferably in the education sector).
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to AED 5,000 per month (depending on experience)
• Other benefits as per UAE Labor Law

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
