Hiring: Recruit and hire new employees Training: Develop and implement training programs to improve employee performance Employee relations: Handle employee grievances and maintain a safe work environment Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and other regulations Policies and records: Update HR policies and regulations, and maintain HR records Benefits: Manage employee benefits Culture: Maintain company culture Disciplinary actions: Handle disciplinary actions

  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Manage the full recruitment and hiring process, including onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, provide counseling, and handle disciplinary procedures and investigations.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate and facilitate training programs to improve employee skills and performance.
  • Compliance and Policy: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to employees and management.
  • Performance and Benefits: Oversee performance review processes and administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
  • Administration: Maintain detailed employee records and manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department.
  • Strategy and Engagement: Contribute to developing HR strategies that align with organizational goals and work to create a positive workplace culture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
