- Talent Acquisition and Management: Manage the full recruitment and hiring process, including onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, provide counseling, and handle disciplinary procedures and investigations.
- Training and Development: Coordinate and facilitate training programs to improve employee skills and performance.
- Compliance and Policy: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to employees and management.
- Performance and Benefits: Oversee performance review processes and administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Administration: Maintain detailed employee records and manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department.
- Strategy and Engagement: Contribute to developing HR strategies that align with organizational goals and work to create a positive workplace culture.
