About the Role:

We are hiring a smart, proactive, and multi-skilled Executive Assistant to CEO who can also contribute as an HR Executive. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves wearing multiple hats, and wants close exposure to C-level leadership, HR strategy, and office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Assistant (EA) to CEO/Director:

  • Serve as the right hand to the CEO and Director, managing schedules, meetings, travel plans, and key communications.
  • Draft high-impact presentations, reports, and emails with clarity and precision.
  • Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and ensure follow-ups on action items.
  • Maintain utmost confidentiality and exercise sound judgment on sensitive matters.

HR Executive:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, resume screening, coordination, onboarding.
  • Maintain employee data, HR policies, leave, and attendance records.
  • Support performance management and engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and organize HR-related events (birthdays, team-building, etc.).

Administrative & Office Support:

  • Manage office documentation, printing, scanning, and vendor communications.
  • Ensure an organized, clean, and functional workspace.
  • Support cross-departmental needs and smooth day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred: HR / Business Admin).
  • 0–3 years of experience in Executive Assistant, HR, or Admin roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace & MS Office.
  • Highly professional, discreet, and self-driven.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in a digital marketing or IT company.
  • Familiarity with HRMS tools (Odoo, Zoho, etc.).
