About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to handle the end-to-end HR operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, documentation, and supporting daily HR functions to ensure smooth workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and documentation.
  • Draft and post job descriptions across platforms.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure smooth joining formalities.

2. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records, personal files, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Prepare HR letters: offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, etc.
  • Track probation, performance, and appraisal cycles.

3. Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute internal events, celebrations, team-building activities, and engagement initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact between employees and management.

4. Policy Implementation

  • Ensure HR policies are followed and assist in updating or creating new policies.
  • Handle disciplinary actions professionally when required.

5. Payroll & Compliance Support

  • Coordinate with the finance team for accurate payroll processing.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, etc., if applicable).

6. Exit & Offboarding Process

  • Conduct exit interviews, collect company assets, and manage full & final settlement formalities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and labour regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR management tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and people-handling skills.

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
