The Human Resources expert will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and providing day-to-day HR support. The role involves assisting in recruitment processes, maintaining personnel records, and addressing employee queries regarding HR policies. Additional responsibilities may include coordinating training sessions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting other HR functions as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Strong knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Experience in Benefits Administration and HR operations
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality
• Experience - 6 months to 2 Years
