HR Executive

We are urgently hiring fresher candidates for the position of HR Executive. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases
• Calling candidates and explaining job roles
• Screening and shortlisting suitable profiles
• Scheduling telephonic, face-to-face, or online interviews
• Coordinating with hiring managers for interview slots
• Following up with candidates for confirmation and attendance
• Maintaining daily candidate pipeline and trackers
• Ensuring daily hiring targets are met (as per company guidelines)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,322.50 - ₹23,050.24 per month
