The HR Executive will manage the following key aspects of the Human Resources function:
Compensation & Compliance:
Processing monthly payroll.
Managing PF (Provident Fund) and ESIC (Employee State Insurance Corporation) contributions, compliance, and documentation
Employee Lifecycle Management:
Handling Onboarding formalities (induction, documentation).
Managing Offboarding processes, including full and final settlement (F&F).
Time Management:
Overseeing attendance management and leave records.
Employee Relations & Development:
Addressing and resolving employee grievances.
Coordinating employee engagement activities.
Assisting with training and development programs.
Key Requirements
Experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF/ESIC) is essential.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and proficiency in HR administration
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
