​The HR Executive will manage the following key aspects of the Human Resources function:

​Compensation & Compliance:

​Processing monthly payroll.

​Managing PF (Provident Fund) and ESIC (Employee State Insurance Corporation) contributions, compliance, and documentation

​Employee Lifecycle Management:

​Handling Onboarding formalities (induction, documentation).

​Managing Offboarding processes, including full and final settlement (F&F).

​Time Management:

​Overseeing attendance management and leave records.

​Employee Relations & Development:

​Addressing and resolving employee grievances.

​Coordinating employee engagement activities.

​Assisting with training and development programs.

​Key Requirements

​Experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF/ESIC) is essential.

​Strong knowledge of labor laws and proficiency in HR administration

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
