About us:
EIE Instruments engaged in manufacturing, marketing and Calibration of Scientific Instruments and Testing Equipments for various applications.
About the role:
HR Executive involves the responsibility of Recruitment and Hiring, Training and Development, Employer – Employee Relations, Maintain company culture, Manage employee benefits, create a safe work environment, Handle disciplinary actions.
Responsibilities:
- Design compensation and benefits packages.
- Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required
Candidate requirements:
- Fluency with all three languages such as : English, Hindi and Gujarati
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP and sales software programs.
- Preferred Qualification : Graduates / Master / Degree Holder in Human Resource Field
- 3-4 years of Experience required in the same field
