Responsibilities and Duties

  • Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Selection

  • Manage the complete recruitment process for nursing and paramedical positions (staff nurses, technicians, Pharmacist etc.)
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, campus drives, and referrals.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on departmental requirements.
  • Coordinate with Assistant Manager-HR , Unit Heads and Nursing Supervisors for interview scheduling and selection confirmation.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

2. Onboarding & Induction

  • Issue offer letters and coordinate joining formalities for selected candidates.
  • Collect and verify all necessary documents, certificates, and ID proofs.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, including orientation and department familiarization.
  • Update employee details in the HR system(Wallet HR) and maintain accurate records.

3. Uniforms & ID Card

  • Coordinate maintenance of staff uniforms as per hospital standards.
  • Maintain stock records of uniforms and accessories in coordination with the Admin or Procurement team.
  • Ensure timely preparation and issuance of employee ID cards for all new joiners and replacements.
  • Monitor compliance of staff dress code and ID card usage across departments.

4. Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with Assistant Manager- HR , Nursing Heads, Paramedical Supervisors, and Unit HRs for manpower planning.
  • Support HR audits and compliance requirements related to staff documentation.
  • Prepare periodic reports on recruitment status, onboarding progress, and employee service activities.
