We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with 2+ years of experience to manage IT recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle end-to-end HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews).
  • Post job openings and manage hiring through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Manage onboarding , documentation, offer letters, and joining formalities.
  • Maintain HRMS data, attendance, and leave records.
  • Support payroll by preparing monthly HR inputs.
  • Handle employee grievances and HR queries.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Manage statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, Gratuity).
  • Coordinate performance reviews and appraisal cycles.
  • Manage exit process and conduct exit interviews.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as HR Executive / HR Generalist.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HRMS systems & recruitment tools.
  • Basic understanding of labour laws & HR policies.
