Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support to employees and management
- Assist in recruitment and talent management
- Maintain employee records and databases
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Requirements:
- 2+ years of HR experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Nice to Have:
- HR certification (SHRM, HRCI)
- Experience with HR analytics and metrics
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
