Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates through various channels.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and ensure completion of joining formalities.
- Manage employee onboarding and induction process.
2. Attendance & Payroll Support
- Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
- Coordinate with the payroll team for timely salary processing.
- Ensure accurate updating of attendance systems.
3. Employee Relations
- Handle employee queries and grievances professionally.
- Maintain a positive workplace environment.
- Support employee engagement activities and events.
4. Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and labour laws.
- Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.) as required.
5. Performance Management
- Assist in confirmation reviews and appraisal processes.
- Coordinate with managers to collect performance data and feedback.
6. HR Operations
- Draft HR letters (salary slips, NOC, experience letters, warning letters, etc.).
- Support policy creation and implementation.
- Manage exit formalities: resignation acceptance, full & final, and exit interviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR processes, labour laws, and HRMS systems.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking ability.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding.
- Hands-on with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
