Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates through various channels.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and ensure completion of joining formalities.
  • Manage employee onboarding and induction process.

2. Attendance & Payroll Support

  • Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
  • Coordinate with the payroll team for timely salary processing.
  • Ensure accurate updating of attendance systems.

3. Employee Relations

  • Handle employee queries and grievances professionally.
  • Maintain a positive workplace environment.
  • Support employee engagement activities and events.

4. Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and labour laws.
  • Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.) as required.

5. Performance Management

  • Assist in confirmation reviews and appraisal processes.
  • Coordinate with managers to collect performance data and feedback.

6. HR Operations

  • Draft HR letters (salary slips, NOC, experience letters, warning letters, etc.).
  • Support policy creation and implementation.
  • Manage exit formalities: resignation acceptance, full & final, and exit interviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, labour laws, and HRMS systems.
  • Good problem-solving and multitasking ability.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in recruitment and onboarding.
  • Hands-on with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
